Wafer Cups

They were included in our production program in 2010. They are vegan, like all of our products, but beside the basic ingredients they also contain a small amount of sugar and salt.

Basic ingredients: wheat flour, lecithin, sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla sugar, baking powder, cooking salt, baking soda and food color for the colored Wafer Cups.

Their shelf life is 18 months.

At the request of the customer we can produce them without salt and sugar, for the purpose of baking muffins and similar salty and sweet cakes.

 Wafer Cup dimensions are Ø 65mm / Ø 35mm, depth 40mm. We produce both Natural and Mix cups and pack them in plastic bags of 15 pieces. At the customer’s request, we offer Jambo variant of 1.200 (10×120) pieces, natural or in requested colors. In this case, we require that customers provide the transportation as Jambo package is fragile.

Mix Cups are a combination of 1 natural and 4 colored ones: pink, caramel, green and yellow.

These colors are the only 4 edible colors (with E label approved for food use) which do not release carcinogens during baking, produced in compliance with all the Safety requirements and regulations for baked wafer products. Wafer Cups are packed in white commercial boxes (10 x 15 pcs), and 8 commercial boxes are packed in the transport box. The commercial box can be partially opened and it is convenient for displaying in store shelves.   -Commercial box

Wafer Cups are primarily used for serving ice cream. Quickly whipped powdered ice cream or cream can also be poured into the cups and stored in the freezer.

Our Wafer Cups can be filled with various fillings (salted or sweet, vegan or non-vegan), and oven-baked directly if needed. They can be covered in chocolate and various glaze. They are often used by house wives, cake producers, as well as catering companies.  -Video

USEFUL TIP
If the inside of the cup is covered with melted margarine or with melted chocolate and cooled in the refrigerator before filling, your servings will last longer and the cups won’t be deformed.

Wafer cups are increasingly being used for baking muffins and corn bread with cheese (projanica), by both housewives and bakers, because Wafer cups can be baked at a temperature of 180 to 200 degrees, while the trays remain clean!
