Edible Mini Cups

Edible Mini Cups  are also DEA’s original idea. We started production in Serbia in 2003. We have ensured their continuous high quality and health safety and by meeting all the standards we have placed them on the EU market.

They are one bite wafer-made cups, dimensions Ø 45mm / Ø 25mm, depth 20mm.

We offer a few variants: Natural, Mix and Colored, packed in transparent plastic boxes of 60 pieces, in bags of 15 pieces or as Jumbo in 630 (3x 210) pieces.

Mix Mini Cups are a combination of 1 natural and 4 colored ones: pink, caramel, green and yellow.

These colors are the only 4 edible colors (with E label approved for food use) which do not release carcinogens during baking, produced in compliance with all the Safety requirements and regulations for baked wafer products. Each test of our products confirms that the reaction to the colors is negative.  -Certificates

 Edible Mini Cups are vegan, of neutral taste, with no added salt and sugar, and do not contain any animal product. The basic ingredients are: wheat flour, partially hydrogenated vegetable fat, soy lecithin and baking soda. Nutritionally they meet the macrobiotic and healthy food standards. The shelf life is 18 months.

They can be filled with various fillings (salted or sweet, vegan or non-vegan), and oven-baked directly if needed. They do not crumble as those made of regular dough.

Our Edible Mini Cups  can be covered in chocolate and various glaze. They are often used by house wives, cake producers, as well as catering companies. Types of filling are the thing of the imagination of master chefs. Here are a few photo recipes and videos.    -Recipes        – Video

USEFUL TIP
If the inside of the cup is covered with melted margarine or with melted chocolate and cooled in the refrigerator before filling, your servings will last longer and the cups won’t be deformed.
